Our bureau is one of the 28 full-time complete sets institutions authorized by central government of PRC in 1959and now it is under the control of Tianjin Construction Administration Committee.

As the oldest complete sets institution of Tianjin , our bureau and its subordinated companies can deal with businesses as tendering agency, project consultation , supervision , I&E trade and auction etc.

Over the 40 years past, we have served national and local projects which amount to RMB10 billions, and we have gained adequate experiences and gathered many professional technicians.
